Measure: Gini Coefficient of Income Equality

This measure ranges from 0.0 to 1.0. When the value is 0, total income is shared equally between all families; when it is 1.0, all income is owned by one family and all others have none. Income is defined as new revenues and economic resources received by individuals and families during the course of a year.
