Community leaders, health care providers, community organizations and coalitions, and anyone interested in improving health can attend! At this event we will be working with the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission to map available assets in our community, gathering input from attendees on questions for focus groups and community surveys, and providing additional updates on the assessment process!
